A unique Colombian microlot from Las Vegas, Antioquia, produced through the collaboration of José Mario Ángel and Álvaro Betancur. This rare Sumatra variety showcases an exceptional expression of Colombian terroir, offering a sweet, spice-forward cup with rich notes of panela, maple syrup, and dulce de leche. Bright accents of grapefruit and fresh sugarcane add vibrancy and balance, while a silky body and smooth, elegant structure create a refined and memorable finish. A distinctive coffee that reflects both its uncommon variety and the dedication of the producers behind it.
